Instructions – Round corners on photos; mount on red and then navy cardstock.  Cut a 2” X 7” strip of red and a 1”X 7” strip of navy and mount on the red.  Trim around the page topper and mount on strip.  Place topper and photos on the page.  Punch and mount the assorted sized stars.  Do journaling on the navy around the photos and in star.
