Instructions – Crop photos, doing some into circles and mount on red and navy cardstock.  Cut strips for waves out of two different blue cardstocks.  Do lettering and pen stitching in silver.  Do a wavy border for title out of red.  Cut thin strips of red and navy gingham for light beams.  Embellish page.
