Miles
of Smiles Instructions – Cut
a strip off the green polka dotted paper, approximately 2 ˝” from the
top. Mount on a full sheet of
blue. Hand cut out a winding
road out of black cardstock. The
cars are hand cut and designer ready. Make the stop light by cutting a rectangle and then punching
out your photo individual plus 3, one each of red, yellow and green.
Round the top of the stoplight.
Embellish with stickers. Do
