Mount the photo on red, gold, and then black.  Cut a 2 1/2” X 12” strip of black cardstock.  Punch 4 holly leaves, 8 snowflakes, 12 red small circles, and 7 gold stars.  Place on black strip as in layout.  Using the 1/16” hand punch, punch random small circles.  Cut a 2 1/4” X 12” strip of white cardstock; mount to the backside of the black strip.  Mount strip on left side of the red cardstock base sheet.  Mount matted photo on the right side.
