Punch Art Borders

Since punch art isn’t one of my responsibilities with Scrapbooking.com, I haven’t felt any real pressure to accumulate a ton of punches. I have managed to gather a box that weighs about 40 pounds, however. I do like to use them on occasion, and what better time than fall to use my many leaf punches. By using the hues available in cardstock of fall leaves, and punching out a bunch, you can adhere them to a vertical strip in a scattered pattern resembling the piles you can find in your own yard. This will take a few minutes, but is really easy to accomplish the feel of a big pile of leaves!

Teddy bears and baby boys! This simple punch art can be adapted to many different occasions. Just trim off the bottom part of the balloon punch and turn it upside down to form the head of this bear. Use assorted sizes of circles for ears, muzzle and nose, outline your shapes and chalk your cheeks. Add hearts in between the bears and you’re done!
