February Layout Contest - Weather and Boys 

By submitting a response, you agree to the
rules and regulations for this contest.

· First place: Lighthouse Memories Starter Kit 
· Second place: My Mind's Eye Assortment
· Third place: Making Memories Circle Cutter

Contestants are requested to submit any scrapbook page that includes at least one photo. The design team at Scrapbooking.com will determine winners. The winners will be posted in the March issue of Scrapbooking.com. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 layouts. * Maximum of TWO entries per contestant each month (2 page layout counts as one entry)

· Submissions must be received by February 21, 2000 by 4:00pm
· Please DO NOT send originals to us
· Include your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS (if you have one) so that we can notify the winners.
· Include a supply list with every layout 

Example:
Red patterned paper (Paper Patch) 
Circle cutter (Lighthouse Memories) 
Heart punches (Marvy Uchida)

In order for you to plan ahead a little, we will announce the contest categories three months in advance. They are:

• February - Weather and Boys - Due February 21,2001

• March - Easter, Playground and Sports - Due March 21, 2001

• April - Weddings and Gardening - Due April 21, 2001

Submissions may be sent in anytime prior to the deadline, but please add: Layout Contest Submission, Feb. (Or what ever month you are entering) and the contest theme in the subject line of your e-mail, or the same information on the back of your color copy.

Layouts will be judged on overall neatness, originality of design, use of product, journaling, and conveying the theme. Good Luck and we look forward to viewing your layouts.
