 Welcome from the Editor

Jami pictureI had to share with you the most touching thing I’ve read in a long time. I came across a story about a young boy who has started a fundraiser to help children who are suffering with cancer. And he’s doing it through scrapbooking!
Brody Chapman is an 11-year-old leukemia patient. When he first started treatment, his aunt gave him a scrapbooking kit to document his journey. This small token changed his life for the better and now he wants other children to be able to do the same. He has taken it upon himself to put together scrapbooking kits to send out to all the kids in the area with cancer. Chapman's mother, Carmen, says the Kids with Cancer society has agreed to help out by providing charitable tax receipts, but that local

Canadian businesses have been reluctant to help the fundraising efforts. Read more about Brody's story and get information on donating by clicking here.

Tip of the Week Featured Product Layout Contest
tip of the week product contest

The best way to show the texture of Mulberry papers is by tearing. Wet a small paintbrush with water and paint it along the edge, then tear. This technique will leave you with a lot of fibers jutting out from the edges for that perfect look. See more Mulberry layouts by clicking here.

The Desktop Carousel from Making Memories is a hexagonal shaped, multi-level storage unit that offers top-loading cubbies as well as slide-out drawers in a 12" x 14" footprint. Each upper compartment is accented with a metal label holder for easy product identification, while the lower drawers are outfitted with curved handles and magnetic closures.
