Blog of the Week:

Nicole Petersen: "When I decided to create a blog, I wanted it to be a place to share one of my loves - scrapbooking. But, it has become more of a way to share my life. I have been blessed to meet so many wonderful women and make many life-long friends through this hobby."

 Tip of the Week

Featured Product   Layout Contest
tip of the week contest

"We all have special memories, scents and/or special ornaments that mean Christmas to us. One of my fondest memories that Christmas was coming was going downtown with my mother and sister to look at the window displays in the large department stores. They were truly wonders to behold."

Collage Pauge Instant Decoupage™ from ilovetocreate is designed by Traci Bautista. Look for Traci’s bright, original artwork on the bottles. The unique acid-free formula will quickly become your favorite, the formula has less odor, dries harder and with less visible brushstrokes than other decoupage products. Also Collage Pauge is bottled with a flip-top cap making it less messy to pour.

Birthdays come for everyone - like it or not. Each year that passes can be commemorated through a scrapbook page. Children’s parties or quiet celebrations will make excellent topics for your next project. Submit the results here for a chance to win great prizes from top manufacturers. article 1

"We had the amazing opportunity to go to Walt Disney World for Christmas with my family. I pretty much had my point and shoot on hand to snap any and all moments I could. We had just gotten finished with breakfast and started walking towards our first set of rides when I overheard one of my twins asking everyone to carry her and being turned down. Then she came to Uncle Jeff. At first he said no, but after a couple minutes of 'pretty pleases' and her adorable smile he gave in. She snuggled right up on him and laid her head on his shoulder and I knew I just had to get a picture. The sight just made my heart melt."

"Celebrating Hanukkah with our 9 month old, Shane, was a real treat. This page captures our family moments - singing, lighting the menorah, eating latkes (potato pancakes). During the holiday, Shane started to crawl; he was motivated to try for electronic gadgets like the TV remote. "
