Legal Restrictions

GENERAL:  ShopA-Z.com (Company) reserves the right to cancel the contest should viruses, bugs, human intervention or other causes beyond its control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the game.  Contestants may only use programs such as Netscape Navigator, Netscape Communicator and Microsoft Internet Explorer (or equivalent web browsers) to participate in this contest.  Use of any other software not designed for the World Wide Web is not allowed.  No additional electronic devices or software programs may be used to gain false profits and winnings from this contest.  Players must use a web browser that supports Java, JavaScript and client-side cookies and these technologies must be enabled to take advantage of all additional features of the contest.  Any fraudulent attempts to claim prizes or circumvent the rules of this contest will subject such contestants to prosecution and prizes will not be issued.

CONDUCT:  Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual for a) tampering with the entry process, the operation of the game or Web site; b) acting in violation of the official rules; or c) acting in bad faith, or any conduct with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

ELIGIBILITY:  This contest is open to anyone who has Internet access.  All contestants must provide their own Internet access and be responsible for their Internet connection.  Internet access will not be considered a fee associated with the playing of the content.  Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to play.  The contest is void where prohibited by law.  Employees and immediate families of Company, or persons living in the same household as such employees, or retailers, suppliers, agents and advertising or consulting firms of the Company, are not eligible to participate in this contest.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  Company shall not be responsible for any technical or human errors that may occur in the course of the administration of this contest.  Company assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any contest entry.  The Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network lines, computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail, or players on account of technical problems with traffic on the Internet.

AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND:  By participating in the contest, winner agrees to be bound by all of the above rules and the decision of the Company.  Winner, winner’s agent, successors, heirs, and assigns, agree to release Company, its successors, and assigns from any and all liability associated with this contest.   Any dispute, disagreement or lawsuits relating to this contest shall be resolved under the laws of the State of California.

Any deviation from the above rules will result in disqualification
