Garage
Take your camera out into the garage for a photo or two of the family mechanic at work. Maybe not every garage has a racecar or a vintage hot rod, but if you have a mechanically minded person in your family, document it. Someone will thank you for thinking of it.Other Rooms
Look at other rooms in the house. Is there a craft room? Is someone sewing? Rubber Stamping? Scrapbooking? Cooking? Knitting or Crocheting? Get out that camera and document the pastime. If photography is your hobby, too, have someone snap a photo of YOU with your favorite camera, or at your scrapbook table.
Scrapbookers, especially, gather to crop, scrap, shop. There always seem to be a good number of cameras. These make great layouts. I keep my layouts of these gatherings in a separate album, even though there are family members in some of the photos. I figure these layouts will not be of much interest to the generations to come…but maybe I am wrong, so they are scrapped as acid-free as heritage photos.
Re-Enactments
