You can also take your own panoramic photos and use them on your pages. Kodak even makes a disposable panoramic camera. I have not tried this yet, but it is definitely something on my "To Do" list.
Since the first time I saw one of these beautiful photos I knew I had to use panoramic photographs on my pages. I had so much fun trying to come up with different ways to use them.
Here is a list of ideas for you to consider:
· Borders - use them whole, cut them up, slice them, punch them
· Titles - Print title on vellum and place on top, cut letters out of it
· Serendipity Border - punch out squares, mix them up, and re-assemble on a mat
· Matte your journaling or other accents on them
· Punch circles from the photo and use as the center of a metal-rimmed tag
· Slice the panoramic photo into thin strips and weave it between vellum or cardstock strips.
· Using two identical panoramics, cut elements from the photo and pop-dot them on top of the corresponding element in the un-cut photo.
· Create a mosaic style page.
Below are the layouts that were created by me and my fellow design team members. We have used the panoramics in several fun and unique ways. Use your creativity to find new ways that maybe we have not thought of, but most of all have fun!!
