No Mother’s Day would be complete without flowers and a timeless picture. So, I want to share with you a quick gift idea that turns a plain picture frame into a lovely keepsake.



Supplies:
Picture frame: any size
Pitch Black Alcohol Inks (Ranger Industries)
Ginger Alcohol Inks (Ranger Industries)
Silver Metallic Mixatives (Ranger Industries)
Felt Applicator with felt
Melt Art Craft Sheet
Forever Green Perfect Fabric Medium Perfect Pearls (Ranger Industries)
Perfect Gold Perfect Fabric Medium Perfect Pearls (Ranger Industries)
Rust Perfect Fabric Medium Perfect Pearls (Ranger Industries)
Assorted sizes of lace flowers and leaves
2 Paint brushes
Glue

To make this decorative frame, begin by using the felt applicator with felt to apply Silver Metallic Mixatives to completely cover the frame. When dry, repeat process with both Pitch Black and Ginger on felt applicator at same time, using strokes to apply to frame. Set aside to dry.

Squeeze a medium spot of Perfect Fabric Medium to Craft Sheet. Using dry paint brush, add Perfect Gold to Medium and stir. Brush onto flowers. Using the same procedure with a clean dry brush, add and mix Forever Green to second spot of Fabric Medium, and Rust to a third, smaller spot of Fabric Medium. Apply Green to leaves and Rust to center of flowers. When dry, position flowers and leaves on frame and glue in place.

When your frame is complete, it is ready to be filled with a picture and given as a gift to be remembered.
