Over the past few months, two of my good friends from high school and my little sister had their first children. It’s been nothing but baby talk for almost a year now and I love it! I got to attend three showers (two of which I was lucky enough to plan), shop for adorable clothes, and put my baby scrapbook supplies to work. Being an aunt (even an adoptive aunt for my friends’ babies), has been everything I could have hoped for. That’s why when I came across these baby projects I knew they must be shared with the world!

Sweet Baby Page

Quality die cut machines, like the Sizzix die cutter, can cut through materials such as paper, cardstock, plastic, light metals, and fabric. It allows you to cut letters, words, and shapes with ease for layouts, cards, paper projects, and even clothes!

You can see how in the layout above the die cut bear makes a cute embellishment and, when cut from fabric it makes the perfect embellishment for a bib, onesie, or sleeper.

The bib is easy. Simply attach fusible web to the back of a variety of fabrics. Then die cut Animal Dress Ups Bear and Animal Dress Ups Baby Accessories out of fabric. Layer the accessories onto the Bear and iron onto a baby bib.

Follow the same steps for a onesie or sleeper. Add details to the baby accessories with paint, ribbons, and a fabric pen. It’s brilliant, easy, and a great gift! Guess what Aunt Stacy will be giving to her two new nieces and nephew this year?
