I put my photo in first and then added the embellishments and journaling on the cardstock strips. The flourish under the flowers is made with permanent ink and stamps on a transparency. Lastly, on each button I add glitter.

This photo mat is handmade. I also drew on the button with a white pen. I added glitter on the big star and the chipboard arrow to finish the look.
