Cut a piece of your felt or fabric (felt used in this project) to the size of the photo album (be sure to cut a little extra to allow for bend in album). Next, apply Craft and Photo Tape to the backs of all your ribbon pieces. Burnish and apply ribbons onto your fabric album cover.
The red glitter ribbon shown was created by apply Craft & Photo Tape directly onto the fabric and sprinkling with glitter and shaking off excess. For even more sparkle, apply an Adhesive Sheet to card stock, free form cut, or punch out a star shape. Then, remove your Adhesive Sheet liner and dip the adhesive covered side into glitter. Apply this “blinged” star to a felt star with a 3D Foam Square. Shake off excess glitter and apply layered star to front of album with two 3D Foam Squares.

Now you’re ready to cover your album with your customized album cover. Apply an Adhesive Sheet (either 6”x12” or 12”x12” size will work best) to the back of your felt and burnish well. After burnishing the Adhesive Sheet well onto your fabric, remove Adhesive Sheet liner and apply the felt to your photo album.
