Celebrate the Season...Frugal Scrapper style! When it comes to using my stash, it usually includes some "trash" and this Frugal Scrappin' "Celebrate the Season" mini album is no exception. For this project, my “trash” was a left over SEI 2009 showcase fall/winter catalog. On the cover of this catalog, SEI used one of their new lines called “Morovia”. When I saw the rich colors of teal, rust and tan mixed with taupe and cream, I just knew these colors were perfect for making one of my “famous” Frugal Scrapper mini albums. This also gave me an opportunity to play with my Slice and distress inks for the title. Since I couldn’t find the exact color I wanted to use for the word “Seasons”, I cut each letter with my slice, ran the letters through my Xyron X and distressed them with some of my favorite distress inks and glimmer mist.
