I had been trying to master my Nikon D40 camera since I purchased it. One of the things I was told to do is to just keep on taking pictures and that sometimes the best shots are the ones you don’t pose. Have camera will travel is my motto.
I was using the sports setting for a softball game when I was able to capture this picture of my youngest daughter, Debby, in the summer of 2009. There was no way I wasn’t going to scrap this awesome picture!

I’m June, from Ohio, grandmother of seven. Although I’ve been scrapping for several years, I still consider myself a beginner.
