I have been scrapbooking for five years. Documenting and recording our family’s day to day life is the main reason why I started. I am currently serving in the United States Air Force, alongside my husband of thirteen years. Together, we have four children ranging in age from five to seventeen. In addition to scrapbooking, I enjoy blogging, travel, photography, collecting Blythe dolls, knitting, and playing Xbox 360 with my family. I also enjoy selling handmade items; my Etsy store can be found at www.etsy.com/shop/mestisa. You can see more of my designs and catch a glimpse of my life at my blog www.michelebrooks.typepad.com.

My name is Renee Zwirek and I am a stay at home mom. I live in Illinois with my wonderful husband, Chris, and my two adorable daughters, Caitie (almost 6) and Payton (almost 4). I was introduced to scrapbooking about 6 years ago by my sister-in-law and have been hooked ever since. I love everything about it; the hands-on creativity, the photos, and the reasons for the photos. I love all the beautiful products and finding the perfect ones to tell my stories. I also have a passion for photography. I know that when I get older I’ll forget moments in my life. This is my way to remember and keep it alive for my girls. My future plan is to go into photography while continuing to scrapbook; or is it vice versa? Until then, I will keep learning, exploring, and creating. This is just the beginning and inspiration is everywhere!
