This project, using Plaid Papier Paints and Keepsake Colors, is for intermediate scrapbookers.

Supplies

- Keepsake Colors Gel: 80512 Blue Sky (Plaid)
- FolkArt Papier Glass Finish: 1777 Clear (Plaid)
- Flat Paint Brush (Artist’s Own)
- 12” x 12” sheet of Vellum (Artist’s Own)
- 12” x 12” Scrapbook Page (Artist’s Own)
- Pop-Dots (All Night Media)
- Blue Cardstock (Artist’s Own)
- Brads (Artist’s Own)
- Square Blue Stickers (Artist’s Own)

Instructions
1. Place photo on top of vellum and border with stickers.
2. Sketch letters freehand or use a computer font. Use flat paint brush to paint each letter with Blue Sky.
3. Accent each letter with Glass Finish, applying it directly from the bottle top.
4. Cut out individual letters and adhere them to the page as desired.
5. Cut blue cardstock in fish shapes. Print journaling on shapes.
6. Add drops of Glass Finish to get water droplet effect.
7. Adhere fish to page using Pop Dots.
