- 12” Paper Trimmer, Cutterpede (EK Success)
- Clear Mounting Squares, Scrapbook Adhesives (3L)
- Blue and Green Cardstock (Bazzill Basics)
- Patterned Paper (My Mind’s Eye)
- Word Accent (My Mind’s Eye)
- Hole Punch (Fiskars)
- Bottlecap (Li’l Davis Designs)
- Ribbon (May Arts)
- Safety Pin (Making Memories)
- Heart Vellum Tag (Making Memories)
- 1” Circle Punch (Marvy Uchida)
- 1 ½” Circle Punch (Marvy Uchida)
- Fabric (JoAnn’s)
- Chipboard Frame (Deluxe Designs)

Instructions
1. Cut three patterned papers into strips of varying widths. Adhere horizontally to background of blue cardstock background, slightly above center.
2. Attach enlarged photo toward the left side of the layout.
3. Adhere green cardstock to the back of the frame. Use circle punches to punch patterned papers and word strip. Fill up three of the circles.
4. In the fourth circle, adhere the printed bottlecap.
5. Tie a ribbon around the lower portion of frame. Using a safety pin, attach vellum tag to ribbon knot.
6. Tear three pieces of fabric into strips.
7. Punch holes into upper left side of photo and tie strips through.
