Supplies
 - 12 x 12 Paper Trimmer (Fiskars)
- 12 x 12 Yellow Cardstock (Paper Garden)
- 12 x 12 Navy Blue Cardstock (Paper Garden)
- Punch (Family Treasures)
- Chunky Navy Blue Sticker Letters (Making Memories)
- 8.5 x 11 Paper with Scout Symbols (Unknown)
- Black Pen (ZIG)
- Antigoni Medium Regular Font (Word Perfect)
- Tape Runner Adhesive (3L)
- Photo Squares (3L)

Instructions
- Mount 12 x 12 navy blue cardstock
- Cut out kerchief by hand
- Draw lines on it with black pen
- Punch out symbol and cut in half
- Make navy blue square and mount yellow cardstock on top, cut in half and mount on kerchief
- Make four strips of yellow cardstock to make border at bottom of page
- Print out Promise and Law of the Pack onto yellow cardstock
- Mount pictures using yellow and navy blue
- Cut squares of yellow cardstock and cut them in half to make triangle corners
- Mount navy blue on top of triangles
- Cut apart stationary paper and mount on pop dots
