Instructions
- Crop and mat photos with blue cardstock. Temporarily position on red background. Decide placement of journaling and then print on the red background. Adhere the photos.
- Cut the sticker, splash, close to the lettering and cut out the water drops. Place the splash sticker on the background and the put foam mounting tape on the back of the water droplets. If you leave the paper on the backs it makes it more sturdy. If not, place the mounting tape on the back of the sticker and then take a small brush and some baby powder and gentle brush powder on the remaining sticky part of the sticker. Peel off the mounting tapes backing and adhere to background paper. That way the sticker won't stick to it's self.
