I used my CM Cutting System to cut the rectangle for the title and mounted the title behind the paper.
I then just mounted the photos with coordinating cardstock and added Jolee's Stickers and Deluxe Cuts die cuts to enhance the layout.
I also used hemp and some string left over from another layout.

Instructions
I did the title matting backwards to try something different.
I used my CM Cutting System to cut the background paper, I also cut the whole in the blue cardstock the same way and attached the title behind it.
I then framed the title with hemp and attached it with glue dots and added the Jolee's Sticker frame to finish it off.
I just mounted the photos as normal and clustered the shells and added string for extra embellishments.
