Supplies
 - Cardstock (Bazzill and Close to My Heart)
- Patterned Paper (Northern Spy)
- Lettering Template (Fancy Block, Provo Craft)
- Embroidery Floss (DMC)
- Eyelets (Doodlebug Design)
- Star Brads (Unknown)
- Pen (Zig Millennium)
- Trimmer, Scissors and 1/4" Hole Punch (Fiskars)

Instructions
-Cut a 4" by 12" piece of navy blue cardstock and tear along all four sides
-Mat on patterned paper and tear edges
-Cut out letters and detail around edges, adhere to navy cardstock
-Punch seven (7) holes at the bottom of the title. Set two (2) eyelets, one at each end and place a star brad in each of the other holes
-Braid 14" of embroidery floss and tie through eyelets and around each star brad, adhere title to page
-Mat photos and adhere to page
