Instructions
- Using the white Galaxy Marker, hand draw snowflakes on to entire page.
- When matting pictures, cut 2 of the same size mattes for each picture. Matte picture to one and use other to make window to go over the top of picture. Cut "windows" out of cardstock and mount vellum onto the back. Using the scrappy glue, apply the shaved ice on the bottom of each window sill. Tear some white cardstock to go on the top and bottom of each window. Use a piece of scrap from the cardstock to attach window to the top of matted picture. Place Santa's hands at the top of windows. Apply completed windows to page.
- Tear some more cardstock for title. Apply the rest of Santa and the title blocks to page. Apply the title stickers.
