Mix a tiny bit of both the Pearl White Lumiere and each color of Pearl Ex. Add a tiny bit of water to each of the colors and wash it over the image. Let dry. Layer it on a plain piece of muslin and sew around the ticket completely. Cut the pin out leaving a small edge around the stitched area. Apply Fray Check to the edges so they wont fray. Cut a slit in the back layer of the pin only and stuff with cotton batting. Sew slit closed.
