Coat domino with Pearlescent Yellow Brilliance Pigment Ink. Heat Set and set aside to dry. 2. With Gel Medium, attach decorated tissue paper to the domino to add color and interest. 3. Attach feather charm and face bead with Diamond Glaze. Set aside to dry. 4.
