1. Cut a piece of Terrifically Tacky Tape to fit around the barrel of the pen 2. Apply to pen and remove liner 3. Add rhinestones where desired. 4. Sprinkle and fill in exposed areas of the tape with micro beads. 5. Wrap pink wire spiralling around pen.
