Ltd) Instructions 1. Spray paint pen cup with silver spray paint. 2. Cut pieces of Shrink Plastic into random pieces 3. Punch hole in each one. 4. Stamp on the pieces using the Watch stamp and Black StazOn Ink. 5. Shrink until flat. 6. Glue on rhinestones on each shrink plastic piece with Zig 2-Way Glue Pen. 7. Twist wire through the holes in the pencil cup; add beads and shrink plastic pieces.   Note: All of the images on scrapbooking.com can be clicked on and one of two things will happen.
