 - Spiral Binder, Coil (Plastikoil)
- Slide Holder (LisaVollrath.com)
- Photos (Internet)
- Dried Flower (Unknown)
- Rhinestones (Darice)
- Mini Glue Dots (Glue Dots International)
- Dream Sticker (Serendipity Stamps)
- Spray Glue (Elmers)
- Teal Cardstock (Unknown)

Instructions
1. Cut cardstock to desired size (6"x4").
2. Punch holes using Coil Punch.
3. Insert white coil and cut off excess.
4. Using glue dots, insert photo behind slide holder.
5. Attach girl's photo to the front of the notebook using spray glue.
6. Add slide holder with glue dots.
7. Add dried flower using spray glue.
8. Add sticker and rhinestones where desired.
