Instructions
1. Cut a piece of black cardstock, when folded, measures 3 ½" x 5". Set aside as the base of the card.
2. Cut a piece of light brown cardstock 1/8" smaller than the base. Set aside for layering.
3. Cut a piece of black cardstock 1/8" smaller than the light brown cardstock. Set aside for layering.
4. Cut a piece of light brown cardstock 1/8" smaller than the black cardstock. This will serve as the base for your collage pieces.
5. Tear playing cards in pieces for collage.
6. From playing cards, cut squares of the number you are representing in the card. In this sample, the recipient, a gentleman card player, was celebrating number 62.
7. With Gold Encore! stamp words on black cardstock and heat to set. Tear out for collage.
8. Print 2 copies of the clip art from your computer software - one larger than the other. Cut apart. Save all scraps of the clipart and use behind other objects.
9. Glue all pieces to the Light Brown Cardstock. Affix all layers.
10. On the inside, write your favorite message. In this card I wrote "62, Not a Big Deal."
