Who wouldn’t kick up their heels after receiving these glitzy shoes in the mail?

Supplies
 - Black and White Matte Cardstock (Artist’s Own)
- Paper Trimmer (Genesis)
- Personal Paper Trimmer with Scoring Blade (Fiskars)
- Lg. Ritz and Kick Up Your Heels Stamps (Limited Edition)
- India Ink Black (Stewart Superior)
- Pink, Teal, and Purple Ultimate Glitter Gel Pens (American Craft)
- Black Prismacolor pencil (Berol)
- Blender Pencil (Lyra)
- Detail Scissors (JudiKins)
- C-thru Ruler (C-thru Co.)
- Xyron with permanent adhesive cartridge (Xyron)

Instructions
1. Cut black cardstock to 8 ½" x 5 ½". Score and fold in half.
2. Stamp Lg. Ritz three times and Kick up your heels once on white matte card stock.
3. Color shoes with Ultimate Glitter Gel Pens and black Prismacolor pencil. Use blender pen to smooth out the black pencil.
4. Cut out shoes with detail scissors.
5. Trim Kick up your heals with paper trimmer, and cut a slightly larger strip of black card stock.
6. Cut white cardstock to 5 1/8" x 3 7/8".
7. With the help of the C-thru Ruler, draw a border with teal glitter gel pen 1/8" from the edge. Draw purple and pink borders on either side of the teal.
8. Run all pieces through Xyron. Adhere white panel to black card and arrange the rest of the pieces as shown.
