Instructions
1. Stamp "Irish Blessing" on white cardstock using Cocktail Olive Ink and emboss with clear embossing powder. Trim to a 3 ¼" square.
2. Adhere square to green 5" x 7" card with double stick tape. Cut lace stickers to fit edges of white square and attach.
3. Stamp "Happy St. Patrick's Day" below "Irish Blessing" using white ink and embossing powder.
4. String bead on wire. Form bow with printed ribbon, and secure with bead and wire. Glue bow and charms to front of card with 527 adhesive. Set aside to dry.
