  • Hibiscus (Hero Arts)
  • Happy Birthday (Hero Arts)
  • Ice Blue ColorBox Fluid Chalks (Clearsnap)
  • Wisteria ColorBox Fluid Chalks (Clearsnap)
  • White Rubber Paper Cement (Union Rubber, Inc.)
  • Crimson Memories (Stewart Superior)
  • Black Memories (Stewart Superior)
  • Gold Liquid Pearls (Ranger)
  • Vellum (The Paper Company)
  • White Cardstock (Georgia Pacific)
  • Cardinal Cardstock (Bazzill Basics Paper)
  • Wisteria Cardstock (Bazzill Basics Paper)
  • Pansy Cardstock (Bazzill Basics Paper)
  • Scotch Foam Mounting Tape (3M)
  • Scotch Double Stick Tape (3M)
  • Craft Knife (X-Acto)
  • 12" Clear Grid Ruler (C-Thru)
  • 12" Paper Trimmer (Fiskars)
  • Scanner 6142U (Memorex)
  • Photoshop (Adobe)
Instructions

1. Working in a well-ventilated area, smear rubber cement on White cardstock. Dry completely.

2. Using Direct to Paper method apply Ice Blue ink to the cardstock over the rubber cement.

3. Gently rub off the rubber cement.

4. Using Direct to Paper method apply Wisteria ink to the cardstock. Work the ink into the white parts of the paper and over the blue to even the tone.

5. Stamp Hibiscus in Crimson ink on rubber cement panel. Trim to the edge of the stamped image.

6. Stamp Happy Birthday in black ink on the large Hibiscus panel.

7. Stamp Hibiscus in Black ink on Cardinal cardstock. Cut out one red flower and attach to the bottom of the large Hibiscus panel with foam tape.

8. Attach the Hibiscus panel to Wisteria cardstock and trim to 1/16".

9. Attach to a Pansy card with a piece of torn vellum sandwiched in between.

10. As a final touch add Gold Liquid Pearl to the flowers.
