Instructions
1. Cut white card stock to 5½" x 4¼".
2. Ink star stamp with Scarlet ColorBox ink. Press into rubber shelf liner to create texture, and stamp on white cardstock. Repeat a few more times, cleaning stamp between each stamping.
3. Dab Royal Blue ink onto shelf liner, and repeat step two for a two color effect.
4. Dab more blue ink onto shelf liner and clean stamp well.
5. Press the un-inked stamp into the shelf liner to pick up blue ink. Stamp several times, cleaning stamp in between.
6. Trim piece to 3 5/8" x 5¼".
7. Cut off a ¾" strip from the left side.
8. From indigo card stock, cut one 3" x 5¼" piece, and one 7/8" x 5¼" piece.
9. Layer the stamped pieces to the blue ones using the Double Stick Tape Pen.
10. Cut an 8½" x 5½" piece of red cardstock. Score and fold in half to form a 4¼" x 5½" card.
11. Glue the stamped strip to the left side of the cards, and the larger piece to the right.
12. Cut a 1¾" x 4" piece of indigo cardstock. Tear the bottom edge and glue to card.
13. Stamp Statue of Liberty with India Ink Black on the left half of a white tag.
14. Dab red ColorBox ink around the edges.
15. Tie on red and blue fibers and glue to the blue piece.
16. Remove the eyelet from the star charm with the wire cutter.
17. Attach to the lower right corner of the tag with Mini Glue Dots.
