Supplies
 - Light Blue Cardstock (Trim Designs)
- Dark Blue Cardstock (Trim Designs)
- Ground Paper 12” x 12” (Trim Designs)
- Vellum with Printed Phase (Artist’s Own)
- TD-305 Sweet Blue Background (Trim Designs)
- Border RMC-0102 (Trim Designs)
- 3-D Stickers (Trim Designs)
- TD-206A-D (Trim Designs)
- TD-199B (Trim Designs)

Instructions
1. Use # TD 305 as background.
2. Double mat picture in dark and light blue.
3. Cut RMC 0102 to the length of the matted picture.
4. Use #TD 206 B,C, and D and place as shown in layout.
5. Tear light blue paper and clear vellum paper quote and place below picture.
6. Use TD 199B Romance tag and place according to layout.
