Watercolor Brush (Stampin’ Up!) Instructions 1. Adhere Rose Red card stock to Lavender Lace card. 2. Crimp Certainly Celery card stock, and accent with brads. Wrap Light Orchid grosgrain ribbon around Certainly Celery card stock, and tie. Adhere to card. 3. Punch hole in Vellum Metal Edge tag using 1/8" Circle punch. Tie Silver cord through hole in tag, and turn so loop of cord extends over top of tag. Adhere to card. 4. Distress edges of Rose Red card stock. Stamp “Celebrate you” cupcake image in Jet Black ink on watercolor paper, and watercolor. Apply Crystal Effects to cupcake frosting and candle flame. 5. Punch out image using 1-3/8" Square punch, and adhere to Rose Red card stock. 6. Adhere Rose Red card stock to Vellum Metal Edge tag. Tip: Use Crystal Effects to easily add shine and dimension to your project.
