Beginner - Create a vacation mini album to enjoy even after the fun is over with one cardstock collection from Bazzill Basics Paper. The supply list and instructions shown here will create the left and right pages of the layout. You can find the other layout by searching for "Hermosa Beach".
Supplies
  • 6” x 6” Cardstock Trio of Trios Boardwalk Collection (Bazzill Basics Paper)
  • Travel Stickers (Rocky Mountain Scrapbook Co.)
  • Junkyard Jalopy Scrap Metal (Mrs. Grossman’s)
  • Brads (Making Memories)
  • Purple #3 Textured Cardstock (Die Cuts With a View)
  • Crack Glass Sticker Letters (Stickersaurus)
  • Simply Stated Vacation Rub-on Words (Making Memories)
  • Green Fiber (Artist’s Own)
  • Metal Corner Accents (Artist’s Own)
  • Tag (Artist’s Own)
  • Glue Dots (Glue Dots International)
  • Glue Stick (UHI)
  • 12” Paper Trimmer (Fiskars)
  • Scissors (Artist’s Own)
Instructions

1. Cut two 8” x 8” squares of Purple Textured Cardstock, tear edges, and adhere to page.

2. Trim first photo to 4” x 5 ˝”, mat with Night Mist cardstock and adhere to page.

3. Attach Scrap Metal to tag and punch hole in top of tag. Thread fiber through hole and tie leaving 1 ˝” ends. Apply “paradise” rub-on to tag. Adhere tag to page as shown.

4. Using the Cracked Glass Sticker Letters, place the letters “M” and “Y” on a piece of Night Mist Cardstock. Trim a small boarder around each letter and adhere to page next to tag.

5. With the second 4” x 6” photo, repeat step #2 and adhere to the right side of layout with Glue Dots. Then, attach metal corner accents to matted photo.

6. Cut an 8” piece of green fiber and adhere below the photo on the right side with the Glue Stick.

7. Cut a 6” x 1” rectangle with Night Mist Cardstock. Place a Travel Sticker in center. Attach rectangle to page with two silver brads.
