This was quick and easy with the two sticker sheets that included a title, borders and lots of accessories.

Instructions
On the left side of the pattern paper I put the border sticker. My photo was 5x7, I did not want to mat the whole picture so I put a strip of blue cardstock under it that was 4x8. I put the title sticker above the picture. The quilt like block on the right is 11x4. I arranged the stickers starting at the top stopping about a 1/3 of the way down to add "Brennan". Adding one more row of stickers and then adding "and". Adding one more sticker and then "Jennifer. Fill in the rest of the cardstock at the bottom with stickers.
