Instructions
1. Start with the striped patterned paper as the background. Add a large block of polka dot patterned paper in the center of the background paper.
2. Attach the photo in the top left corner of the polka dot paper. Attach a rectangle cut from yellow paper to fit the length of the polka dot paper.
3. Cut three small rectangles for the tags out of green, dark pink and light pink papers. Wrap a strip of yellow polka dot ribbon and a strip of the background stripe paper around the green rectangle. Wrap three coordinating ribbons around the dark pink rectangle and knot in the front. Wrap green polka dot ribbon and pink flower ribbon around the light pink rectangle, knotting the flower ribbon in front.
4. Attach a piece of the green polka dot ribbon the length of the photo directly under the photo.
5. With the cardstock stickers, add “Rock-A-Bye” to the top of the photo, “My Angel” to the right side of the green tag, “Lullaby” to the left side of the dark pink tag, and “Baby Girl” to the center of the light pink tag.
6. Adhere Precious Petals.
