Instructions
1. After choosing photos and paper designs, cut paper 3/8” bigger than picture to show a border. Choose two more designs for border, cut the top color with a squiggle cut, lay that on top of the second color. Cut second squiggle 3/8” bigger to show a border.
2. Choose two more colors and cut in half, piece together and cut 1” off the top and side. Place on top of a different color and design paper.
3. Lay out all of the cut papers and pictures for placement. Next, choose which embellishments and stickers will work best with your page. Cut out a few fun quotes, and fold down the upper right corner of paper as shown.
4. Using a scrapbook safe adhesive, tack down all papers, borders, and pictures. Place the embellishments and stickers, peel and place the vellum quotes, making sure to place over the pictures for added interest.
