Beginner - Create tags for titles with a simple shape punch.

Supplies
 - Striped Patterned Paper (Scrapworks)
- Purple Cardstock (Artist’s Own)
- Vellum (TLC)
- Cardstock Alphabet Stickers (TLC)
- Eyelets (Making Memories)
- Epoxy Droplets (Making Memories)
- 3-D flower Stickers (Sandylion)
- 3-D Butterfly Stickers (Sandylion)
- Adhesive (Artist’s Own)

Instructions
1. Use striped paper as background.
2. Glue picture on purple, crop to border it, and attach to page.
3. Rip vellum and adhere on top of background and photo.
4. Punch out tags in purple paper and add stickers to spell out “RAIN RAIN”.
5. Add eyelets to tags.
6. Put droplets on the letters.
7. Embellish with flowers and butterflies stickers.
