- White cording (Artist’s Own)

- Utility knife (Artist’s Own)
- Scissors (Artist’s Own)
- Round hole punch (Artist’s Own)

Instructions
1. Cut a piece of Flags paper to fit in upper left corner of Patriotic Layout. Tear edges and attach with adhesive dots.
2. Cut second piece of Flags paper to fit in right bottom corner of Patriotic Layout paper. Set aside.
3. Using utility knife, remove denim strip from bottom right of Patriotic Layout paper. Set aside.
Cut a slit in each denim pocket. Slice down right side of denim pocket in bottom left corner to allow piece of Flags paper to slip under pocket edge. Position denim strip on bottom corner of Flags paper.
4. To attach rivets, punch two holes through denim strip and Flags paper. Fasten this to Patriotic Layout paper with adhesive dots, taking care to tuck under denim pocket.
5. Add photos and memorabilia using American Phrases to attach and embellish page. Thread cording through button and fasten to denim pocket with adhesive dot. Finish by attaching scrap metal word Freedom where desired.
