Heart “felt” cards

Beginner - What better way than to get the kids involved with Valentine’s Day than to let them make their own cards? This simple but cute card design using paper and stickers from Boxer Scrapbooks with die cut felt really catch your eye! Cute enough for anyone to give, simple enough for little hands to make!
Supplies
  • Patterned paper (Boxer Scrapbooks)
  • Stickers (Boxer Scrapbooks)
  • Cardstock (Die Cuts With a View)
  • Double heart die cut (Sizzix)
  • Felt (Artists Own)
  • Envelope template: one heart... one mind (Artist’s Own)
Instructions

1. Creates an A1 card base: cut cardstock to 6 3/4" x 4 7/8" score in half and fold.

2. Cover top 1/3 of card front with heart paper, and bottom 1/3 with diagonal striped paper, across the join adhere a thin strip of cardstock.

3. Die cut the double heart from red felt, and adhere to card. 4. Apply sentiment with stickers.
