Using Fourth of July embellishments and papers on my layout was obvious to me when thinking about my daughter and the freedom she would receive once she quit using her pacifier. I knew doing this digital layout would be a lot easier for me than for the ordeal she was going to encounter giving up her favorite comfort.

Instructions
1. I always choose the photos I want first. I try to pick between 3-5 photos for each layout. This gives me the choice to keep adding or subtracting from the finished product.
2. Choose a paper for the background.
3. Create a new layer and add photos, positioning them where you want. Use borders from any kit or the borders that come "with" Photoshop Elements. I choose frame and all occasion using the white frame 40 px. I also choose the a border that came with a kit for the 3rd picture.
4. Place flower embellishments overlapping the frames on the edges.
5. Place the staple embellishments on the blue frame. Put the brads over the photos.
6. Create the heading last of all.
