Celebrating the 4th of July means gathering with friends and family. Make sure they know your event is going to be one to remember with a festive invitation!

Supplies
 - Cardstock: Prism Papers
- Chipboard: Heidi Swapp
- Die Cut: George and Basic Shapes Cricut cartridge (Provo Craft)
- Ink: charcoal ColorBox Chalk Ink (Clearsnap, Inc.)
- Patterned Paper: Scrappin’ Sports & More
- Punch: Creative Memories
- Miscellaneous: Buttons, Embroidery Floss

Instructions
1. Make a card 6 ¾” by 5 ¼” from white cardstock.
2. Punch 20 1 ¼” squares from Scrappin’ Sports & More patterned paper. Adhere to card leaving a small white border, approximately 1/8” around each square.
3. Using George and Basic Shapes Cricut cartridge cut a 3” star from red cardstock and ink all edges.
4. Freehand cut small swirls from blue cardstock.
5. Adhere the swirls and star to the left hand side of the card.
6. Tie embroidery floss through 3 larger buttons and adhere to center of star. Then adhere smaller buttons to the ends of each blue swirl.
7. Using chipboard letters, place title over second row of squares.
