Perfect Blend Coffee Favor Tin
Stamped Gifts by Debbie Olson
Find a store near you! Printable Project Card
A small tin of coffee makes an aromatic wedding favor, as well as a statement when you pair it with a “Perfect Blend” sentiment. It is simple to mass-produce and can easily be changed to reflect wedding colors and themes by changing the patterned paper.
Supplies
  • Adhesive: redline tape
  • Cardstock: Stamper’s Select White and Aqua Mist (PaperTrey Ink)
  • Hardware: Antique Copper Mini Brad (Making Memories)
  • Inks: Aqua Mist Perfect Match Ink (PaperTrey Ink); Pearlescent Chocolate Brilliance Ink (Tsukineko)
  • Patterned paper: Pumpernickel a la Carte (American Crafts)
  • Ribbon: Aqua Mist Grosgrain Ribbon, Aqua Mist Twill (PaperTrey Ink)
  • Stamps: Favor It Weddings; and Boxes, Bags, and Tags (PaperTrey Ink)
  • Tin: 4 oz. Round Clear Top Tin (PaperTrey Ink)
  • Tools: Plain and Scalloped Petite Circle dies (Spellbinders Nestabilities)
Instructions

1. Stamp label from Boxes, Bags, and Tags in Aqua Mist ink on Stamper’s Select White cardstock, then stamp Perfect Blend sentiment in Pearlescent Chocolate Brilliance ink. Use Spellbinders plain circle die to cut and emboss the label. Use Spellbinders scalloped circle die to cut and emboss a mat from Aqua Mist cardstock. Add an antique copper mini brad at the top of the matted label and set aside.

2. Measure a strip of pumpernickel patterned paper 1-1/4” x 8”. Use red line tape to attach the patterned paper to the tin.

3. Cut a length of aqua mist twill to about 8” long. Wrap redline tape around the top of the tin’s lid and remove red liner. Attach twill with the tape.

4. Use redline tape or a good glue to attach the matted sentiment from step one to the front of the tin.

5. Fill the tin with coffee beans and tie an aqua mist grosgrain ribbon around the outside of the filled tin, leaving the tie-ends long enough to wrap around to the bottom of the container. Attach loose ends with glue dots.
