Instructions
1. Paint the chipboard, let dry, then ink edges.
2. Cut a strip of cardstock and put rub-ons on it. Cut the strip into pieces.
3. Cut cardstock to desired size. Use decorative scissors to cut two smaller strips of cardstock.
4. Add cardstock, chipboard and photo to layout. Then add the word strips and stickers.
