"Cool" has a paper-strip frame; one of my favorite things to do. The wavy lines were created by simply hand-cutting the edge with scissors to mimic the shape of a wave and to give the page a sense of the movement of water. A pair of flip-flops for fun and what could be more summery?

 - Cardstock: Bazzill Basics
- Chipboard: Giant Dollar
- Patterned Paper: American Crafts and Fancy Pants
- Ribbon: American Crafts

Instructions
1. Cut waves from paper and arrange strips of paper to create the photo frame. Attach all pieces to the page, some with staples.
2. Add letters and embellishments.
