Instructions
Summer Fun Patterned Pages:
1. These are full pages of themed designs that can be used for wrapping paper, greeting cards, or even photo mattes for your favorite summer photos.
2. To print a patterned page - select your choice of background patterns and download. All are documents in jpeg format that can be printed in any size from 4" x 6" to 12" x 12". Most patterns come in 2 versions: fully vibrant color and muted (lighter) color.
Summer Fun Party Invitations:
1. Open the invitation templates (front and inside) in Microsoft® Word.
2. Type your party information in the space provided. You may change the font style and color if you wish. Your personalizing is complete!
3. Select letter size paper, landscape format to print in the print driver. After you click "Print", click on "Yes" to continue printing even though the margins are set outside the printable area of the page. The printer will adjust to fill the size you have selected. Print the front, and then turn the paper over and print the inside.
4. Trim off the white area with a craft knife (on the front side of the invitation, trim the top and bottom first, and then cut along the curved lines on either side, using the photo as your guide). Fold along the white dotted lines, and seal closed with an Avery journaling sticker. Place in a letter-sized envelope if mailing.
Summer Fun Photo Matte for 4" x 6" print:
1. Open the photo matte template in Microsoft® Word.
2. Print your page. Remember to choose the correct paper size and paper type setting in your printer driver.
3. Trim the photo matte with a craft knife. Center your 4" x 6" photo inside the blue area on the matte.
4. To place a photo caption, open the Avery Clear Sticker Paper template in Microsoft® Word.
5. Personalize your stickers by typing in the text boxes provided. You may change the font style and color if desired.
6. Print your letter-sized sticker sheet, cut out stickers and embellish your photo matte.
Summer Fun Party Sign:
1. After purchasing your Avery Poster Sign Kit, you will need to install the Avery DesignPro Sign Edition Software.
2. Open the software and select poster as the project type and choose blank horizontal as the pre-design in the dialog box.
3. Download the background page (in .jpg format) and clipart files (in .png format). Click on the graphics drawer icon at the top right of your window. Click on clip art or photos to make those items active. Select the clip art you’d like to place into your sign and double click.
4. Customize your sign by typing in your personal message, party information, etc. Use the project photo as a guide for your sign.
5. Print your sign. Remember to choose the correct paper size (letter) and paper type setting in your printer driver. There’s no cutting or pasting and each sheet is die-cut for print-to-the-edge graphics.
6. Align your print with the guidelines on the backing sheet to finish your sign.
7. Embellish if desired.
